    The mission of Local 219 is to "organize the un-organized".  We welcome those employees who have helped you grow and actively seek their membership.  We will provide them with any additional training they may need.  There will never be any demand for you to replace your workers with others, but you will have access to a trained workforce when you need it.  We seek only to make our industry a better place for craftsmen and contractors alike to enjoy a good standard of living for a job well done.
